my hero.

So yesterday I got this email from Dave, that REALLY puts things in perspective. No matter how shitty my life is, it's never been this bad. And every terrible thing that has happened to me, is nothing compared to being in a third world country having people want you dead.

Anyway Dave sent me an email telling me how a close friend of his had been killed, and another seriously injured. The family of the injured man has made a blog so that people can follow his progress. It's heartbreaking to read, but inspiring at the same time. And if for a moment you ever take for granted being able to even walk out your front door, you should go read what innocent men are doing to protect that right every day. You can go here to read about him. I've never been prouder of someone in my life. Dave is my brother, my best friend. He is my hero.
